🍓 Strawberry Cool Whip Pie
🧂 Ingredients:

1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (Jell-O)

1/2 cup boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries (plus more for garnish, optional)

Optional: whipped cream or mint leaves for garnish
🔪 Instructions:

Dissolve gelatin: In a medium bowl, pour 1/2 cup boiling water over the strawberry gelatin. Stir until completely dissolved.

Cool the gelatin: Add 1/2 cup cold water and stir. Chill in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes, or until the gelatin is slightly thickened but not set.

Mix with Cool Whip: Fold the chilled gelatin mixture into the Cool Whip until fully combined and smooth.

Add strawberries: Gently fold in the sliced fresh strawberries.

Pour into crust: Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Overnight is even better for perfect slicing.
