π© Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Donut Bites
π§ Ingredients:
-
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
-
2 tbsp melted butter
-
1/2 cup granulated sugar
-
1β2 tsp ground cinnamon (to taste)
-
Optional dipping sauce: chocolate, caramel, or cream cheese glaze
πͺ Instructions:
-
Preheat air fryer to 350Β°F (175Β°C) for about 3β5 minutes.
-
Prepare dough: Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each piece into a ball.
-
Air fry: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Place the dough balls in a single layer in the basket, leaving space between them. Cook in batches if needed.
-
Air fry for 5β6 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
-
-
Coat with butter: Immediately brush the warm donut bites with melted butter.
-
Add cinnamon sugar: In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the buttered donut bites in the mixture until fully coated.
-
Serve warm with a side of dipping sauce, if desired.
π Tips:
-
For an extra touch, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon sugar.
-
Want a glaze instead? Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract for a quick drizzle.
-
These are best fresh but can be reheated in the air fryer for 2β3 minutes.
