-
Cream cheese
-
Cheddar
-
Mozzarella (or pepper jack)
-
Jalapeños
-
Bacon (if using)
-
Garlic
-
Salt & pepper
Mix until smooth and creamy.
2. Assemble the Cups
-
Lightly spray or brush a silicone or metal muffin mold that fits in your air fryer basket.
-
Press 1 wonton wrapper into each cup, forming a small bowl.
-
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling into each wrapper.
3. Air Fry
-
Lightly spray the tops of the wonton wrappers with oil.
-
Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6–8 minutes, until the edges are crispy and golden and the filling is hot and bubbly.
Note: If your air fryer runs hot, check at 5 minutes.
4. Cool & Serve
Let cool for a couple of minutes before removing from the mold. Garnish with chopped green onions, more bacon, or a drizzle of hot sauce if desired.
💡 Tips
-
Want them spicier? Leave some jalapeño seeds in or add a dash of cayenne.
-
For a smoky flavor, try using chipotle powder or smoked paprika in the filling.
-
You can make these ahead and reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes at 350°F.
