Caramel Apple Fudge

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 box (3.4 oz) instant apple-flavored pudding mix (not cook & serve)

Β½ cup caramel sauce or caramel bits, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract
-
ΒΌ tsp salt
-
Optional: Β½ tsp ground cinnamon or apple pie spice

Optional garnish: extra caramel drizzle, sea salt, or chopped dried apples
π³ Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pan:

Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
2. Melt the Base:

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.

Stir constantly until the chips are fully melted and smooth.
3. Add Flavor:

Remove from heat.

Stir in the dry apple pudding mix, vanilla, salt, and optional cinnamon. Mix until well combined and thickened.
4. Layer with Caramel:

Pour half the fudge mixture into the pan and spread evenly.

Drizzle or swirl half the melted caramel over this layer.

Add the remaining fudge on top and smooth out.

Finish with the remaining caramel in swirls on top. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl for a marbled look.
5. Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 2β3 hours or until firm.
6. Cut & Serve:

Lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
