🍞 French Toast
Ingredients:

4 slices of bread (preferably brioche or challah)

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk (or half-and-half)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of salt

Butter (for frying)

Maple syrup, powdered sugar, or fruit (for serving)
Instructions:

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a bit of butter.

Cook the bread 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

🥚 Scrambled or Fried Eggs
Ingredients:

Salt & pepper to taste

Butter or oil
Instructions (Scrambled):

Crack eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, and whisk well.

Heat butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.

Pour in eggs and gently stir until just set.
Instructions (Fried):

Heat a bit of oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Crack eggs into the pan. Cook sunny-side-up or flip for over-easy/medium.

🥔 Crispy Breakfast Potatoes
Ingredients:

2 large potatoes (russet or Yukon gold), diced

1/2 onion, diced (optional)

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper

Olive oil
Instructions:

Parboil diced potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.

🥓 Crispy Bacon

Instructions:
