For the Lamb Chops:

For the Coating:

For Frying:

🔪 Instructions:
1. Prep the Lamb Chops

Pat the lamb chops dry.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic, herbs, and olive oil.

Let marinate for 15–30 minutes at room temperature (or up to overnight in the fridge).
2. Set Up Breading Station

Flour in one shallow bowl.

Beaten eggs in another.

In a third bowl, mix:

Breadcrumbs

Parsley

Paprika (if using)

3. Bread the Chops

Dredge each lamb chop in flour, shaking off the excess.
