🥬 Air Fryer Cabbage Recipe

1 small head of green cabbage (or half a large one)

1–2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: a pinch of red pepper flakes or a splash of vinegar for extra zing
🔪 Instructions:

Prep the cabbage:

Remove outer leaves and cut cabbage into wedges or thick slices (about ½–¾ inch thick) or chop into chunks if you prefer.

Toss cabbage with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.

Air fry:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange cabbage in a single layer in the air fryer basket (you may need to do batches).
