🍗 Garlic Butter Chicken Breast

🛒 Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

1 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter

4 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

Optional: a splash of lemon juice or a few lemon slices
🔪 Instructions:

Prep the Chicken:

Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

Slice in half horizontally if they’re thick, or pound to even thickness (~1/2 inch).

Season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Sear the Chicken:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add chicken and cook for 4–6 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).

Remove and set aside.

Make Garlic Butter Sauce:

Reduce heat to medium-low.

In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic. Stir for 1–2 minutes until fragrant (don’t let garlic burn).

Optional: Add a splash of lemon juice or a few slices of lemon for brightness.

Bring it Together:

Return chicken to the pan.

Spoon garlic butter over chicken.

Sprinkle with parsley.
