🍔 Burger Bowl
🔸 Base Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

1 lb (450g) ground beef (or turkey, chicken, or plant-based meat)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp olive oil (if sautéing in pan)
🔸 Toppings & Bowl Fillers:
Choose any or all of the following — customize as desired!

Lettuce or greens: chopped romaine, spinach, or mixed greens

Tomatoes: cherry tomatoes, diced or sliced

Pickles: dill slices or chopped

Red onion: thinly sliced or diced

Cheese: shredded cheddar, crumbled blue cheese, or sliced Swiss

Avocado or guacamole

Bacon (optional): cooked and crumbled

Jalapeños or banana peppers (optional)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)
🔸 Burger Sauce (Big Mac–Style):
Mix the following:

½ cup mayo

2 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp yellow mustard
-
1 tbsp pickle relish
-
1 tsp white vinegar
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder
-
Salt to taste
Whisk until smooth. Chill if making ahead.

Cook the Beef:

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add beef, season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Cook until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat if needed.

Assemble the Bowls:

Start with a bed of lettuce or greens.

Add a scoop of seasoned beef.

Layer on toppings: tomato, onion, pickles, cheese, avocado, bacon, etc.

Drizzle with burger sauce (or serve it on the side).
