🍗 Spur Durky Chicken (Grilled or Oven-Baked)
Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breasts (or thighs or drumsticks)

1 cup Spur Durky Sauce

2 tbsp olive oil (optional)

1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or spring onion for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, mix Spur Durky Sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the fridge for deeper flavor.
2. Cook the Chicken:
Option A: Grilling

Preheat grill or griddle pan to medium-high heat.

Grill chicken for about 6–7 minutes per side, basting with extra Durky Sauce, until fully cooked.
Option B: Oven-Baked

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through and basting with more sauce until golden and cooked through.
Option C: Air Fryer

Preheat to 180°C (350°F).

Cook for 20 minutes, turning and basting halfway through.
