🧀 Crispy Flatbread with Brie, Cranberries & Toasted Walnuts + Hot Honey

🫓 Ingredients:
For the flatbread:

2 store-bought flatbreads (or naan, lavash, or thin pizza crusts)

5–6 oz Brie cheese, sliced or torn into chunks

¼ cup dried cranberries

¼ cup walnuts, roughly chopped

1 tsp olive oil (for brushing)

Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
For the hot honey:

¼ cup honey
-
½–1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to your heat preference)

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional, for a slight tang)
🔪 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Toast the walnuts:
In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the walnuts for 2–3 minutes until fragrant. Set aside. -
Assemble flatbreads:

Brush the flatbreads lightly with olive oil.

Evenly arrange the Brie chunks on each flatbread.

Scatter cranberries and toasted walnuts on top.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the flatbread is crispy and the Brie is melted and bubbly.

Make the hot honey:

In a small saucepan, warm the honey over low heat.
