🍫 Graham Cracker Logs Recipe
📝 Ingredients:

8 full graham cracker sheets

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts work great)

½ cup mini chocolate chips or finely chopped chocolate

Optional: Shredded coconut, marshmallow fluff, or dried fruit bits

Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. -
Break the crackers:
Carefully break each graham cracker sheet in half (so you have rectangles, not squares). -
Spread the filling:
Take a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and spread it down the center of a graham cracker piece. -
Add extras (optional):
Sprinkle chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, coconut, or fruit over the filling. -
Roll into logs:
Gently fold or roll the graham cracker into a log shape — some people prefer folding them like a taco and pressing the sides together. -
Chill:
Place the logs on a tray, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow them to set and soften slightly. -
Serve cold:
Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
