🔸 Ingredients
For the Pulled Pork:

½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
For Serving:

🔸 Instructions
1. Season the Pork:
Rub pork shoulder with olive oil and season with all spices, herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Let sit for at least 30 minutes (or refrigerate overnight for deeper flavor).
2. Cook (Choose One Method):
Slow Cooker (recommended):

Place pork in a slow cooker with broth.

Cook on LOW for 8–10 hours or HIGH for 5–6 hours until fork-tender.
Oven:

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).

Place pork in a Dutch oven or roasting pan with broth, cover tightly.

Bake for 4–5 hours, until it shreds easily.
Instant Pot:

Sear pork on sauté mode, then add broth.

Pressure cook for 60–70 minutes with natural release.
3. Shred the Pork:
Remove the pork, shred with forks, and return to juices to soak in flavor.
🔸 Quick Homemade Tzatziki Sauce:
Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 small cucumber, grated and squeezed dry

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill

Salt to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill until serving.
