🍫 No-Bake Chocolate Custard Dessert
🔸 Ingredients:
For the Base:

200g (about 2 cups) crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits

100g (1/2 cup) melted butter
For the Chocolate Custard:

2 cups (500ml) whole milk

1/2 cup (100g) sugar

3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons cornstarch (cornflour)

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

100g (about 3.5 oz) dark chocolate, chopped

Optional: pinch of salt
For the Topping (optional):

Whipped cream

Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish
🔹 Instructions:

Make the Base:

In a bowl, mix crushed biscuits with melted butter until combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a square or round dish (8×8 inches or similar).

Place in the refrigerator to set while you make the custard.

Prepare the Chocolate Custard:

In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, flour, and a pinch of salt.

Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens (5–7 minutes).

Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped chocolate until smooth and glossy.

Assemble the Dessert:

Pour the hot chocolate custard over the chilled biscuit base.

Smooth the top and let it cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

Spread whipped cream on top and garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder.
