❄️ No-Bake Peppermint Bark Snowballs

🧾 Ingredients:

1½ cups crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos, without the filling)

½ cup finely crushed peppermint candies or candy canes

¾ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips, melted

¼ cup cream cheese, softened

½ tsp peppermint extract (optional but adds punch)

Pinch of salt

½ cup white chocolate chips, melted (for coating or drizzle)

Powdered sugar, shredded coconut, or crushed peppermint for rolling (optional)
🍬 Instructions:

Crush the Cookies & Peppermint
In a food processor, pulse cookies and peppermint candies until finely ground. (Or crush them in a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.) -
Make the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookie-peppermint mix with melted chocolate, cream cheese, peppermint extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and dough-like. -
Shape into Balls
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray. -
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. -
Coat or Decorate (Optional)

Dip in melted white chocolate for a peppermint bark look

Drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermint

Roll in powdered sugar or shredded coconut for a “snowball” effect
