Oven-Roasted Sliced Potatoes
🥔 Ingredients:

3–4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work well)

2–3 tablespoons olive oil

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Optional: garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, thyme, or grated Parmesan
🔪 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds (about 1/4 inch thick). You can peel them or leave the skins on for more texture.

Toss slices in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.

Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
