🧄 Roasted Garlic White Chicken Pizza
🍕 Ingredients
For the Roasted Garlic:

1 whole garlic bulb

1 tsp olive oil
For the White Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
-
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
-
1 cup milk (preferably whole milk)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning
For the Pizza:

1 prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
-
1 to 1½ cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
-
1–1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ cup grated or shredded provolone (optional)
-
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
-
Fresh spinach or arugula (optional)
-
Fresh parsley or basil for garnish
🔥 Instructions
1. Roast the Garlic:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the top off a garlic bulb, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 35–40 minutes until soft and golden.

Let cool slightly, then squeeze roasted cloves out of the skins and mash into a paste.
2. Make the White Sauce:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.

Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.

Slowly whisk in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 3–4 minutes).

Add Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic paste, salt, pepper, and seasoning. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
3. Assemble the Pizza:

Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare a pizza stone or baking sheet.

Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.

Spread white sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.

Top with mozzarella, provolone (if using), chicken, and red onions.

Optional: Add a few handfuls of fresh spinach.
4. Bake:

Transfer pizza to oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
5. Garnish & Serve:

Sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil.
