🧈🐟 Tender Garlic Butter Salmon
🧾 Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)

Salt & freshly ground black pepper

2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

4 tbsp unsalted butter
-
4 garlic cloves, minced
-
Juice of ½ lemon (plus more for serving)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or dill)

Optional: lemon slices, red pepper flakes
🔥 Instructions:
1. Prep the Salmon:

Pat salmon dry with paper towels.

Season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Sear (Optional for extra texture):
-
In a large skillet (preferably nonstick or cast iron), heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Place salmon fillets skin-side down and sear for 3–4 minutes until crisp.

Flip and cook another 2–3 minutes, or until nearly cooked through.

Remove salmon and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

Lower heat to medium.

In the same skillet, melt butter.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute until fragrant (don’t let it burn).

Squeeze in lemon juice and stir.

Optional: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
4. Finish the Salmon:

Return salmon to the skillet.

Spoon garlic butter sauce over the top and cook another 1–2 minutes until the salmon is cooked through (internal temp: 125–130°F / 52–54°C for medium).
5. Garnish & Serve:

Sprinkle with fresh parsley or dill.

Serve with lemon wedges.
