Tuna Avocado Salad
Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado, diced or mashed

1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained (preferably in water or olive oil)

1–2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup cucumber, diced (optional for crunch)

1–2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional add-ins:

1 hard-boiled egg, chopped

Cherry tomatoes, halved

Dash of hot sauce or Dijon mustard

Instructions:

Prep the ingredients:

In a medium bowl, mash the avocado (or leave chunky if you prefer).

Add drained tuna, red onion, cucumber, and herbs.

Add flavor:

Squeeze in lemon or lime juice, then season with salt and pepper.

Mix well to combine. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
